War total überrascht, von dem schönen Ergebniss. Leider dauert Lieferung sehr lange. Am 21.8 wurde die Farbe verschickt, am 31.8 immer noch nicht da. Hätte gern vor dem Urlaub die Farbe erneuert.

colour change

I wasn't happy with the grey coverage with my first order. My team made a suggestion and added an extra colour step at no charge. I love the slightly darker colour and the grey coverage was better. It lasted longer than the colour from my last salon trip. This is a great idea.

Very nice color coverage. Easy to use. I'm glad I can work with my mixologist to fine tune the color. I only wish it didn't come with so much packaging. Seems like a waste.

Too dark

The color was a little too dark, I left it processing for half the time it said to as my hair is very porous. It turned out a little darker than my roots.

Liked it but not as much as last time

This time my hair turned out much darker... almost black. The directions called for me to leave it on for 30 minutes but in the past I thought it was only 15-20... maybe that was the difference. Prefer it to be more brown.
