Gray hairI tried the new formula I like the color but I still have Gray hair strands this could be due to washing it twice and I am confused on what you refer to as the roots and the ends so I put a little on the ends I want to put a clear gloss on it to help it not get so frizzy every time I get in humidity II notice you have a clear gloss but I believe it's cheaper in the store....still fighting the frizz and I would like to use the color all over 0 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Horrible residue left in hair...but great colorNow on my third color set from eSalon -- and having been relatively happy with the past two -- there is something horrible going on with this batch. Despite rinsing until the water ran clear and then shampooing/conditioning, I now have a horrible waxy, greasy substance on my hair. What is going on, eSalon? Editing my original review to say that despite the issue with trying to remove this from my hair, this is easily the best color (the actual color) that I can find outside of a salon.
