Great product, easy to manage changes online. Spot on colour.Cannot fault this service. Consistent and responsive. One thing I would like them to do is cut down on the plastic packaging inside the box as well as ask if the customer requires more colour remover, gloves etc. Shampoo and conditioner sachets are always needed, not so much the other stuff. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Color is perfect, formula is “waxy”I’ve been using this for a few months now. I was so happy with the color - it matches my hair perfectly - but I have noticed a waxy type feeing as others have explained. I feel like my latest formula was the worst yet. I almost panicked thinking I did something wrong. I had to really really scrub with shampoo to get it clean. I washed it 3x. Gray hairI tried the new formula I like the color but I still have Gray hair strands this could be due to washing it twice and I am confused on what you refer to as the roots and the ends so I put a little on the ends I want to put a clear gloss on it to help it not get so frizzy every time I get in humidity II notice you have a clear gloss but I believe it's cheaper in the store....still fighting the frizz and I would like to use the color all over 0 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
