Bad bad badAsked for lighter with more red tones. Ended up with the total opposite. I have black hair. Very little red tones and black. My hair grows at a pretty fast rate, roots within a eeek. Never did I want dark, let alone black 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Beautiful color but dry hairI love the color… Bright, natural looking, multi dimensional. Covered my gray amazingly well. Color was not lightened as stated in emailI put in request to change my current color as I wish to go lighter. The email response was Esalon would lighten my current as much as possible and recommended a color lightening set along with my color. I added the lightening set and continued to check the color change on my regular color. Unfortunately until after it shipped was I able to see the adjustments and nothing was adjusted.
