First useThe color didn’t cover my grey hair at all. I don’t have a ton but the product still didn’t cover it. My hair get like straw even after using the shampoo/conditioner. Dyed my hair today and very disappointedHi, I have dyed my hair today and I am very disappointed as it is very flat colour, no shine. I have been using this colour for a long time now but feel something is quite wrong with the dye I’ve used today. I've been using your color for seven years.I've always been very happy with the results until the last coloring, which damaged my hair. I also notice that you changed the conditioner which seems to make a huge difference in the softness of the colored hair. Not sure if this was what made the difference but there was noticeable damage.
