Wrong colorThe color I was expecting to get and the color I received are completely different. My hair looks basically how it already looked alone which was natural. Zu warmIch habe angegeben, dass mir keine warmen Farbtöne stehen und genau das ist am Ende entstanden. Meine Haare sind nun in einem goldigen Mittel-/Dunkelbraun. Keine Ahnung warum die Farbe als "kühles beige" betitelt wurde. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Absolute waste of moneyAfter trying to buy a colour to do myself and explaining I usually get highlights and lowlights - which I clearly cannot manage myself. I thought I had opted for an all over light ash blonde colour. The instructions say this is roots only which is pointless and it will not match the rest of my hair!!!
