Did not useWhen I ordered your product I specifically asked to lighten my hair color. There was never any mention that your hair color kits do Not lighten hair. Hair dye,I loved the colour and had lots of compliments. Unfortunately it is more like a wash in wash out dye. After 2 nd wash & condition the roots started to fade, it went from warm brown to orange undertones. After 3rd wash it was more obvious that the roots were showing through.
