Easy and beautiful! Positive experience!I was a little bit apprehensive going into this, but I called and talked to a color specialist. Sylvia gave me very good advice. I am so pleased with the outcome. My hair is silky and very shiny after coloring. I am a light blonde and sometimes it is hard to get shiny blonde. I am so glad I took the time to review the how-to videos. I was SOOOO disappointedThis sadly did not cover my stubborn gray roots. I specified this in the notes of my order. The coverage is no better than the over the counter.
