Two completely different colorsI asked that my color be lightened JUST A LITTLE from last month since it was too auburn and I want more of a strawberry blonde. I got two colors (which is nice) to do roots, then middles and ends, but the middle and ends color ended up being like a Ronald McDonald red/orange and completely different from the roots and rest of my hair. Amazing box colourI've been dying my hair for over 30 years, usually in a salon, from time to time at home. Generally, at home the colour is not quite how I would like it, too bright, too single-toned. And the condition afterwards is never as good as a salon. I also am find it increasingly too expensive to keep going to a salon every 6-7 weeks....so I discovered e-salon. The results are incredible, I am in love with my hair, the colour, the condition! DisappointedI normally love eSalon ,but my most recent colors have been off ! One turned my hair a brassy brown color ! So they changed my formula.. and this one turned my hair a dark brown and still has a bit of a red brassy tone .. The reason I'm soooo DISAPPOINTED is that my goal was a LIGHT ASH BROWN or DARK BLONDE!! I'm will to give it another try , but I will pay really good attention to what color they try to give me this time ?? Perfect matchMy colorist did a perfect job in matching my hair color. I did the strand test first & was amazed that it matched perfectly.
