Fantastic Fall LookReceived color and instructions and was able to follow them better than my first attempts at ombré with the right hair clips. Hack: I left them in loosely to wash my roots and keep the color from staining my blonde tips, then took the clips out once I had washed the color fully from my roots. Brassy orange greys still visibleColour turned out a brassy orangey colour. Greys not covered. Colour was altered to a darker ash blonde but still had brassy tones and greys visible. If wanting to home dye hair buy shop bought cheaper and better results. Every color seems to be wrongI don't know what's going on but I have never had these many problems with my color in the past. Last color was practically black and this color, they sent a color for the roots which is perfect and another color for the ends which is terrible.
