I love this productI usually go to the salon but with being in lock-down I didn't want to just go for the usual shop boxed colour. I ordered my colour and a colorist contacted me to suggest tweaking my colour so I went with her recommendation. The box arrived in about a week and I was delighted to see how well stocked the box was. It had everything I could need. I tried it out and it was brilliant to use. I have shoulder length hair and I had plenty, however I think I would recommend using a bowl rather then the bottle as there was a lot left in the bottle which I couldn't get out. Great!I have struggled for years to find the right color for me. My first order with esalon was too red for me but the customer service was amazing and adjusted my color and sent out a new formula free of cost and the new formulation is PERFECT! Super!Ich bin begeistert von meiner Farbe und dem Service von eSalon. Anfangs habe ich zusammen mit dem Team von eSalon an meiner perfekten Farbe gefeilt. Zweimal wurde der Farbton angepasst bis ich 100% zufrieden war. Die Coloristen sind super auf meine Anmerkungen eingegangen. Sogar von meinem Friseur habe ich schon ein Kompliment für meine Farbe bekommen! Auch der Service ist unschlagbar. Einmal ist meine Haarfarbe auf dem Versandweg verloren gegangen.
