Made my hair brassy and color didn't takeThis color went on healthy soft virgin hair so the color should have took but all it did was fry my hair and make it brassy. I ordered the dark brown with purple and it went on a great plum color, but it washed out immediately and left a frizzy brassy disaster. Nailed My Colour Request!I had requested a more Auburn tone to my colour and better grey coverage, and it was exactly as I'd asked! My first experience was not bad but I wasn't completely thrilled with it. I ended up holding onto this new colour for nearly a year before I tried it!! And when I finally did, it was exactly as I'd hoped, but better. I have just now re-ordered my colour and I am really excited to receive it. AMAZING!I was skeptical as I had previously tried to color my own roots as the price of salon visits keep increasing. I have a LOT of stubborn grey. Color was way darker than the first kitI was extremely happy with my first custom color purchase.However,the next kit that arrived for me was far darker than the beautiful red I had first custom ordered.I haven't re ordered because I don't want to have to pay for wrong color product 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Went blackHave light brown hair with blonde highlights and wanted to go a medium brown for winter. Left this colour on for half the amount of time as stated on the instructions as it started to look really dark. Love ItI just got a chance to use my new custom color, a medium blonde, and I truly love it. The color is bright and flattering to my skin tone and eye color, I didn't realize how unflattering the gray was until I used this color. I will be ordering it again. The only thing I missed was that when I use to order color - years ago before going gray - the kit came with a brush and there wasn't one with this kit. 2 sur 2 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
