Great colorI had requested an adjustment to cover my grays better, and the color came out just as I had wanted, and the grays were covered! The color is a rich, shiny brown with a cool tone to it, giving it a nice shine. I always get compliments on the color (whenever I do go out). Great coverageI highly recommend e-Salon for their color recommendations. I send a picture of my current color as well as the color I'm requesting and a specialist puts together the colors. First time dyeing at home- LOVE MY HAIRWas absolutely terrified to dye my hair by myself after hearing so many horror stories and my mom telling me her stylist “strongly recommended against it.” But honestly, I’m a graduate student and the salon costs were becoming too much for my poor pockets. Lol I knew I needed to find a cheaper option. After watching Brad’s YouTube video on esalon, I felt more comfortable about doing it. Boy am I glad! I love my hair so much!!!! (And it was honestly fun doing it) Also shout out to the customer service team. Productos de calidad súper concentradosAl teñir mi cabello , se mantuvo siempre suave y manejable . Lleve a cabo las instrucciones al pie de la letra y el resultado superó mis expectativas . El cabello fue fácil de desenredar y quedó tan humectado que no necesite ningún otro producto para sacarlo con blower. El resultado del color fue perfecto. Mi cabello se ve saludable.
