products work well, instructions are clear, hair has a good result, adjustments are made by the team when I request them, which they do ask me regularly if I wish to adjust any of my process and info.

Best hair color on the market. Fun to receive, in very cute personalized packaging, with instructions that are easy to follow to get great results. The colorists are very responsive to requests for color updates. SO happy the demi-permanent product is back! This will be my go-to again.

Really love these kits. So easy to use and cute personalised name. Love that I can customise the colour so much (add/remove ashy tones etc). My hair is shiny and healthy and the colour is perfect.

I like this shade so much better than what I used to pay $100 for at the salon. Easy to follow instructions. Nice to do it on my own schedule. I don’t think I’ll go back to getting my color done professionally anymore!
