Awesome Customer Service!I am so happy with the results of my eSalon colour! My last purchase of colour seemed “off,” from the previous orders. I applied the product and noticed that the colour didn’t take. I phoned customer service, and without any hassles, a new kit was promptly mailed out. The agent was kind and courteous. Help!I love the color but only 1 issue i had and I hope you can assist. When I washed it bleed ouy a lot of the color out plus I have blonde bangs and wash with super cold water but still made my blonde pinkish. Any advise? What happened?I never write a bad review, but my last order was a nightmare. My developer was open and leaking, and after coloring my hair, it was dull with no color at all. I went to my stylist a day after I colored and she commented on how dull the color was… I had just colored it the day before. Best Color BrandThis was the easiest and best color brand I’ve used. I’ve been coloring my hair for years, at home and the salon, and I’m extremely happy with this company. It didn’t stain my skin, easy to wash out and didn’t stain my shower. The gloves actually fit my hands. My hair doesn’t feel dried out like other brands have done. Overall, amazing! Just not what it used to beWhen I started using eSalon (a few years ago) the formulation was amazing. The color lasted fully between colorings. I usually didn't need to recolor for six weeks. Now I am barely getting four weeks, and gray roots show up after 2-3 weeks - and I do not wash my hair every day. Color changeI just had Sara change the % of peroxide now 15% but color is still too yellow. I would like a beige tone; my hair stylist suggested a Pearl color without peroxide.. What do you think?
