First Time Using eSalson!I like my color! The directions were very easy to follow and I think it turned out well. Although next time I will probably order both the custom color and the custom ends refresher because the one bottle was barely able to cover everything. Color is a too dark, but I do like the product.How can I adjust my color? I would like more copper and less brown. This first time it was a little dark. Slightly Disappointed with the qualityOrdered for the first time to try at home hair color, the color itself was much lighter and although it gave good highlights like feeling on the hair, the roots were lighter than the strands and looked uneven . Brilliant customer serviceThe colour isn’t yet what I want but must say I love it! Carefully blended to obtain exactly what I requested for… get rid of the red and go towards a chocolate shade. Well balanced and easy to use, did not damage my hair or my scalp ( as any other hair dye would have done as my scalp is really sensitive). On top of everything it came personalised and the attention to details blew me away! I am incredibly happy I have discovered them. Their customer service and attention to detail is spot on!
