I was doubtful that eSalon really would customize my hair color, but after taking the quiz a colorist contacted me with suggestions on how to improve the color to match my desired intentions. Impressed doesn't even accurately describe how wonderful the results are! It was the exact shade I wanted, plus the instructions were very helpful. I'm so happy I chose this brand and will be continuing.
