Quality of productThe last couple of times I have used my color I noticed it was different, not a light brown but more orange. I also noticed that I have a lot of grays that didn't color and around my face I'm lucky if I get 2 weeks. My main concern is how orange my hair looks, I used a color balance blue shampoo to help with orangeness, but it didn't help much. I've been a member since 2012 and never had any issues until now.
