Esalon team is quick and helpfulThe color I originally ordered was not quite dark enough to match my current hair and I was frustrated. I informed esalon and they quickly reviewed my pictures and color history and sent me a new and adjusted hair color. This second color was on point! I’m very happy. AWESOME!I've been timid about trying this at-home color until this morning and all I can say is "WOW, it's AWESOME"!
