Well-priced; caring and helpful support team!I have been changing my hair color very gradually with esalon and have been so impressed not only with the product, but with the amount of support I have received from the stylists. After each use, I leave a response about how the color was and what I’d like to do differently, and I always get back a detailed response of how they are adjusting my color to meet my needs. Work in progress.Red hair is definitely a challenge but with gray hair it's another story. The colorist are all easy to talk to and try to always help tweek my color. Very helpful.
