Well-priced; caring and helpful support team!I have been changing my hair color very gradually with esalon and have been so impressed not only with the product, but with the amount of support I have received from the stylists. After each use, I leave a response about how the color was and what I’d like to do differently, and I always get back a detailed response of how they are adjusting my color to meet my needs. Work in progress.Red hair is definitely a challenge but with gray hair it's another story. The colorist are all easy to talk to and try to always help tweek my color. Very helpful. eSalon hits center of target on color!I have used eSalon for 3 color sessions now. This last one I had requested a light, strawberry blonde as my ends lightened over the summer months and I wanted to take the roots up a bit. Perfect match! The color couldn't have come out better. I also asked for highlights in this session and I was very nervous about the application, but they worked out tremendously. No 'streaks' or obvious user errors (I have long hair and did it myself for the first time). I am very pleased with the custom color and highlights.
