The original colors I have used were perfect. After speaking to a color rep. we decided to lighen the color a bit. It didn't turn out well. But 1 call and support I received was amazing. Thank you

Thank you esalon. The color was close to my natural color! I wanted to be darker for winter. I am happy but I didn’t see any highlights.

Love this for a do at home coloring

Way better than store bought and perfect shade. You want to make sure you send in a picture of your hair. Also if u are going from a bleach color to non bleach color, you need to fill the bleach colored hair first before you color your hair. They can help you with that by calling in and talking to a hair specialist. This has saved me a ton of money, by not going to the salon.
