Great ExperienceI ordered this product online a week or two ago. I'm getting ready to start a new position with a new company tomorrow and I was afraid to use the product the day before. The results were fantastic. it didn't totally wash out my highlights and what I put on my hairline did not deposit on my skin but deposited in the hair properly. it also didn't make my scalp itch like many products I have used in the past from the drug store. This is the future right here!I love everything about this. What initially enticed me was just the concept of it. Being someone who’s been in beauty school, it’s cool to see people are able to do this stuff at home now, but the salons are still a part of the process. Everybody wins! I also loved taking the hair exam and figuring out which formula was best for me. Everything is very detailed and thorough. The shipping and planning of everything was hella fast and they have it set up so you can re order for cheaper! So then when I got the product, I was so excited everything was in a pink box and then packaged in smaller pink boxes. I got a cute little box of gloves along with my personalized hair color kit that HAD MY NAME ON IT LIKE SUPER CUTE. The directions on the kit were so detailed and thorough that I really doubt anyone would mess it up. I also purchased their red tint shampoo and that’s hella as well. Love the custom color set!Everything you need to color your hair. The color I wanted was perfect. It matched my original hair color perfectly! Detailed instructions and videos made it easy to use. 🧡LOVE MY COLORISTLove my color. .now a little over a year. The 1st time it was too much dark golden blonde. Next order spoke to the colourist then she helped me out we added a little less golden and it worked out just fine I am going to be calling the colorist cause I wanna go a little bit more apricot🍑 I seen a color advertise think it's looks exactly what I want to change my color a hint more 🍊. I'm gonna try 🧡 I'm feeling aventurous👍 I love these products. I highly recommend. Quite satisfied!The color looks good on me. The ability to send a picture of myself as well as describing the color I wanted was very useful. The instructions are clear and work well. I like that I can adjust the color, though I haven’t had to do so.
