bottle had only Gold color-and replacement had only Gold colorWhen you are selling your service as Custom Hair Color, you should be sending your customers the blended color. Last month, I received a bottle that clearly had only one color in it. It was easy to see when comparing it to the chart, that it only had the Gold color in it. So, I sent an email and was told that a replacement would be sent that had the correct blend in it. But once again, the bottle had only the Gold color in it. Tolles Produkt 🤩Ich war anfangs etwas skeptisch ob das Produkt hält was es verspricht, aber ich muss sagen ich bin begeistert! Das ist das erste Mal seit langer Zeit, dass ich alle grauen Haare wirklich abgedeckt bekomme und die Haare sehen toll aus nach dem Färben! Die Farbe wird schön gleichmäßig und es gibt keine hässlichen Farbüberlagerungen wie bei den Färbungen aus dem Kaufhaus. Very disappointedAfter following ALL the instructions, I was ready to rinse. Filled bottle with water, and rinsed my hair till water was clear. …I then noticed that the bottle was STILL 2/3 FULL of THE HAIRCOLOR MIX?? Color not lasting as longSo I have been with u all for awhile n I have been noticing a problem with the color fading a lot faster then it used too. Nothing on my end has changed n it's getting disappointing that prices are going up but quality is going down. Awesome customer serviceAwesome customer service. I was very happy with the Customer Service I was even happier with the hair color.
