Great productI have had the first box in the closet since July, afraid to do hair at home. With help from my husband I just used the "soft black" and was very pleased with the results. I had some trouble with “hot roots” my first color, so they adjusted my directions and sent me my next color completely free and it turned out AWESOME. Erster VersuchIch färbe meine Haare bereits seit 20 Jahren. Mal beim Friseur, aber meistens alleine zuhause. Das Paket war übersichtlich und die Anleitung unkompliziert. Farbe war/ ist super. Anwendung war einfach und das mitgelieferte Shampoo und Conditioner waren gut. Insgesamt hat die ganze Anwendung, Farbe und Haltbarkeit eine höhere Qualität als die Drogerieprodukte, was den Preis auch rechtfertigt. II'm in love with this serviceI recieved my first kit..I wanted the color a little more red so when asked before the next shipment I sent the colorist a note. She nailed it. My color and feel is perfect now.. YouI always recieve an enail asking if you want changes and telling you they are making your color on a certain date. You get to pick how often.
