Changes…I’ve been a customer since 2016. I loved ESalon because the color was perfect, but mostly because the color covered my gray (actually all white) roots. And it lasted until my hair grew out, about 3 weeks. Now though… ESalon said they changed the formula (UGH!) and it is not lasting at all, I am seeing my gray/white come back within 2 weeks. I have always followed the directions, but at this rate, I might as well go back to the drug store formula I was using before. Cheaper and it lasts about as long. Come on ESalon!
