Great Product and excellent consultation!I had used the permanent color but after being hospitalized with Covid I began losing much of my hair. After getting control of that problem I was afraid to resume coloring. Product was very drying on my hair.Not exactly what I was expecting. I followed the directions to the "t". First of all the color did not cover my grey hair. I am only showing grey around the hairline, but it did not cover the grey. Second of all, my hair ended up Very dry and it broke. I was going to use the high light package that I purchased, but decided not to as my hair was breaking and very dry. Then I received notice that my next shipment was "on its way". I rec'd the message on a Saturday. I called immediately on Monday AM to cancel and was told my shipment was already on the way. I did not have sufficient time to cancel this shipment. Perfect colorMy stylist Jessica made a great choice for me based on my photo. My initial choice was all wrong and a day after my order I woke up thinking: NOOO! But that same morning I got an email from my esalon stylist suggesting the right color and really Woah! Beautiful color that covers greys. Too darkI ordered dark brown for Fall. I put it on my dirty blonde hair and it came out black. I was sad cause looking forward to a dark brown but came out more black the dark brown.
