Darker color than my usual hairI have specifically informed them that i want to go ash brown they said its not doable but they can ho a shade lighter from what my current color is. I was fine with this . Did my color today and it turned black! Black! The communication was fine but the outcome is not. I was very precise to let them know that i do not want yi put chemicals on my hair if they will not be able to give me a good outcome. But still i have this black hair now. Recommended Color Set gets a top rating !I was nervous since never have I coloured my hair on my own. First shipment sat for 60 days and finally when the second was shipped I adventured. The worse that could happen would be me running back to my hairdresser and get it fixed. Guess what? Was simple to do and the results fantastic! Looking forward to my next touch up!
