One star because there was no zeroI was not happy with the color. Soooooo much darker than the online pictures showed. I wound up using an oops product to strip out. Then they sent me 2 more automatically using my pay pal card. Still have not gotten this settled even though I never said I wanted more. Still do not. The color was terrible. My roots are a total messMy roots are a total mess!!!! I followed the instructions step-by-step and now my roots are light red/brown and the bottom half is super dark!! I’m so upset that my hair is damaged I’m gonna have to pay to go to a salon to have them fixed this mess!! Will never ever order from this company again 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Hair color was perfect! Shiny and healthyI was really impressed with my color this time. Covered my grays better and left my hair shiny and healthy looking. NewbieMy daughter coloured my hair, I thought it was too dark, but since washing several times it has lightened. I know I can get the colour tweaked if I want.
