I have never been so pleased with my hair color!Thank you! I actually went to a hair salon a few weeks ago to get highlights in. I did not like my hair as much as I do when I use your products. Finally found my perfect color!Thanks to esalon I’m getting my perfect salon hair color at home. I love that I was able to communicate with a colorist and adjust the original hair color they created for me. The new color was exactly what I wanted and they sent me instructions on how to apply it. Same color!I talked to my color specialist and explained how I didn't like my first color, it wasnt dark blonde like I wanted, it was more of a ugly rusty burnt orange. She apologized and said she would adjust my color well Guess what COLOR WAS THE SAME! Im not going to pay $30 for color I hate. Good customer serviceThe customer service is good they try to fix what is wrong but the Hair Care does not work for me. I got the wrong developer two times and the color did not stay in my hair but it lightened my hair when I was supposed to go almost black. I LOVE THE RESULTS!I was absolutely not expecting the colour to come out THAT great! Andrea created my custom colour exactly how I had wanted it (and I didn't give her much to go on with). I am amazed at how accurate the colour turned out. I wanted to a shade or two lighter than my original dark brown hair with a hint of mahogany/red tones and cover some greys. The custom colour did exactly that and then some. The entire kit was so personalized (even came with a poem) and esalon thought of everything. I would definitely continue to order my colours from esalon going forward. ExcellentI love you , my original hair color as a child was golden blonde as I got older it started getting darker and darker . I always wanted that golden blonde back but every time I would try to dye it with store bought color I would turn red .
