Color doesn't stayThis hair dye is honestly so beautiful for the first 2 weeks. I feel like I just walked out of a hair salon after using this product. The only thing is that the color doesn't stay. First time home hair colour.I had only been to a stylist to colour my hair in past (mostly streaks and highlights, nothing that required a lot of commitment). When I got a few extra greys recently though, I decided it was time to start dying it all over. Esalon has been great in the process of trying to help me find the right colour. The instructions make application easy, and I have enjoyed learning and experimenting. This last consultation was great and the results were fabulous. If you are uncertain about going ‘all in’ so to speak, the Demi/Semi-Permanent options are a great starting point. Just FYI, though, I have fine hair and the demi-permanent colour seems to last longer than 25 washes on me. I am not complaining, it’s just an observation.
