LOVE my color and so did my Hair Stylist!After not being able to get my hair done professional due to closures, I had to try something else. My dark hair has gray roots and it was making me look awful. I tried eSalon and loved it. So easy. I loved it so much that after my salon opened I still decided to color my own hair. My hair stylist that I've been going to for years asked how my color could look so good. Even she was impressed and that sold me on just doing it myself from now on. Great customer service, hair is now perfectI can't fault the kit or the customer service. Hair colour came out beautifully but unfortunately faded faster than I'd hoped. Got in touch with e-salon who couldn't have handled it better and have formulated a new colour to help me. New colour arrived and is perfect - they listened to my feedback and changed exactly as asked. Considering how busy they must be currently, it's the best customer service I've had.
