Lieferung ohne Bestellung / Produkt ätzt in Augen und NaseHabe ein Set bestellt, um Produkt und Farbe zu probieren - das Ergebnis ist ganz ok, der Geruch während der Behandlung war allerdings sehr ätzend, so dass ich es auf keinen Fall wiederholen wollte. War daher sehr überrascht, heute wieder ein Set für den fast dreifachen Preis geliefert zu bekommen, ohne dass ich es bestellt hatte. Das „Abo“, das ich nicht bestellt habe, konnte ich zwar heute unproblematisch wieder beenden, die zweite Lieferung für knapp 30 EUR kann ich aber nicht wieder zurückschicken. Super FarbergebnisIch wollte schon immer meine Haare blond färben, hab mich aber nie getraut. Sie hatten ein ganz dunkles strassenköterblond. Nun hab ich Dank eSalon ein perfektes blond. New Me!I absolutely love my custom color! I love how it comes all laid out. I am yet to do it alone as I don't think I would successfully get the back of my head. I wish it came with a brush to paint on the color rather than just using my fingers. It doesn't keep my grays covered for as long as I'd like but it's a great product. Much cheaper than a salon! AmazingI get a lot of compliments!!!:) I love the results and it’s so much easier when you have technicians helping you rather than feeling lost at a drugstore...
