Muy bienEstoy contenta con mi color, solo me lo di en las raíces ya que tengo mechas y no quería taparlas. Es verdad que al principio se queda un poco oscuro, pero con los lavados se va aclarando y queda súper natural. Ellos me asesoraron desde el principio y le ha ido genial. Eso sí, es DEMASIADO CARO!! What went wrong?5 stars for ease to use, 1 star for the color. Hello. I ordered Ash Blond permanent color bundle through QVC promotion. This was the first time ordering color on-line, not using my stilist. I followed instructions provided. However, the color is all wrong. My virgin (not highlighted) hair is naturally a dirty blond with 15% gray color; after applying eSalon color mixture, I ended with strawberry blond with orange undertone. 2days later I washed my hair with shampoo for blond hair hoping it will neutralize the orange, but it did nothing to correct it. What am I supposed to do now? I refuse to purchase other products like shampoo or splays promoted by the website because the original color ordered was all wrong. 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
