First Time!This was the first time I'd coloured my own hair. I was worried, but as we were in lockdown I thought I might as well give it a go and I'm glad I did. I thought the whole process from ordering to receiving the Custom Colour Set was excellent. 48 hrs before colouring my hair I performed a skin test and a strand test and I'm glad I did for peace of mind. My husband helped me with the back of my head - we did miss a few bits but the main parts - the parting and hair line were fine. My hair felt lovely afterwards, and we didn't make any mess.I'm going to go back to my hairdressers to help to support them after being closed for so long but if I don't like the 'new' way of doing things or the prices rocket I will definitely use again. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. OMG!First-I made sure to send in a good pic of my hair and the color match was prefect!!!!! My old highlights were turning a little green so I also purchased the Tint Rinse and my hair came back to life!!! I use to pay $110 to get my hair done every month and the first purchase was only $10, I am saving so much money!! Love it!!! Now of course I'm going to be really honest I didn't care for the shampoo or conditioner, it made my hair feel dry. Also I didn't receive the brush that I feel would have helped.
