Love the color but it fadesI loved this color when I first put it in. It had just the right amount of purple shade that I wanted. But the color faded out within 2-3 weeks and was just back to my original shade of reddish brown. I waited to try again with my second order before I wrote my review but that color faded after just a few weeks too. Farbe ist nicht wie gewünschtIch war eigentlich positiv gestimmt, die Website scheint professionel und einladend und die Anleitung war einfach zu befolgen. Leider bin ich mit dem Endresultat nicht wirklich zufrieden. Ich habe mir ein Kupfer gewünscht, so wie ich die Farbe ausgewählt habe. Worth every penny!I’ve never left a review before, but this product deserves the credit. I’ve been wanting low-lights in my hair after high-lighting just a too much (I’m naturally dark brown with cool undertone and very long, think and frizzy) and I wanted the low lights to match the roots. I did the hair test and went for a full hair colour and followed the questions that suited my natural colour. Slightly unsure if it would work. Got my dye kit very quickly in the post and there is so much product! Attention to detail and quality is lovely! (Also got my cap online). I love going to my hairdresser for a treat and always will, but from now on I’ll be using this for colour! Results are in... I love it!!! I’ve been wanting this colour for years and can’t believe a box product worked wonders! Hair quality increased so much too! I will upload a photo in my next review, as I still have an extra dye to use for my next low lights! This is not like a regular off-the-shelf product and I can’t praise E-salon enough. As a first time user of their products, I can safely say I’ll be back. Fabulous packaging and product is perfectLovely colour. Packaging gave a nice personal touch. Product did what it was supposed to do. I liked the stain remover for the edging around the face.
