I did and they did a fantastic job of matching up my hair color with a photo. If you have ever watched your colorist color your gray hair, you can certainly follow the instructions provided, plus watch some videos, as I did. You will NOT be disappointed. Beautifully Matched ColorFirst time using at home color for whole head touch-up. The color choice process was easy to do and the resulting color accurate. I did it!I am very happy with the perfect color made for me for my root touch up. I have never colored my hair before and I am very pleased because it came out perfect!
