Amazing !I really love this product. I love the personal touch in the packaging . Including the little poetry inside the outer box. The first colour was ok but my roots didn't cover brilliantly but the second lot of hair colour was the best root cover I have ever had! Amazing long lasting colorThis was the first time I have attempted at home hair color and was not disappointed with the results. Easy to follow instructions. Had my husband help with the back. Color was great, covered my grays well. I do need a slight adjustment in color which my colorist was happy to do. I am now in week 5 and needing a touch up but was pleased with how well the color has held up. My hair is still soft and shiney. My only complaint is that the order was slow in getting here, so will order it for earlier delivery next time. Worked like magic!I was so scared to dye my hair myself, but my grays were getting very bad and we still can't go to the salon right now because of COVID-19. I ordered my first kit and it arrived very quickly in the cutest packaging. The directions were easy to follow and everything I needed (besides the plastic clips) was included in the package. The color turned out great! All of my grays are covered and I love the tone/color. It is a nice deep color and it is just what I was looking for. Love my colorI’ve made a few changes over last five years (added highlighting kit) but auburn has always been my natural color. Love itAlthough my color was a bit darker than my normal color I loved it! It’s hard to pick your normal color when you have 3 different colors going on lol. I had the gray coming in and the color that had been there a least 3 months ( due to the Covid-19 happenings) then the highlights. My husband and everyone said the color looks really good. The bestso happy with my colorist Crystella doing a great job with the color . I had a problem with the first order with brassiness and red . one conversation with her and she went to work on creating a color to drab that bras and red out she did a great job . will stay with E salon as long as I can .being on a fix income and not able to go to salons this is great can't beat the price and so easy to follow instructions they are wonderful .. thank you all so very much for caring keep up the great job. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
