Excellent startWas quite scared to do this - have only ever used salons and had highlights. On advice From Esalon having sent them a lot of photos I did an all over light blonde colour as my hair was well overdue a full head of highlights and the roots were terrible. The blonde came out really well, tiny bit brassy on the roots but I used a silver shampoo which rectified it. The condition of my hair after colouring was incredible very soft and lots of volume. Application was fairly easy, my husband helped with the back. I’ve ordered the tint rinse to combat any Brassy colours next time and the light set to add some highlights! fingers crossed they are as successful as the all over dye! Awesome!I have known for sometime that my color was going to be discontinued by the manufacture. I have been dreading having to find another color that would be close to mine, as I have been using the same product since I began coloring my hair. I read an article about your service, so I thought I would give it a shot. I did find it difficult choosing my hair color on the site, but I choose what I thought was the closest. I found it very beneficial to provide a picture of myself, as my colorist said the color that I choose was darker than my picture, so it was tweaked to match closer to what I had. I was very surprised and impressed when you came back with the new color, thank you for adjusting, as I would not have been happy with my original choice. The instructions were very easy to follow. I recruited my husband for the task and he had only done my roots, so this was new for him. I did a test strip and was very excited to see how close it was. The color is not as light as my hair, but it's a deeper, richer color. I was glad to see that it was a creamy consistency and the application process was simple.
