Still pleased. But.....The products are excellent ! Although the color ended up being darker then expected, the results looked professional. The shampoo/ Conditioner are excellent. Absolutely Love it!!! Stephanie is a Colorist Genius!I finally used my color for the first time (my husband applied it, as he is a hairdresser). I absolutely LOVE it! I couldn’t be happier with the color, coverage and accessories it comes with - brush, shampoo, conditioner, stain remover and stain guard. Amazing colourAfter a few mishaps over the lockdown period with box dyes I found esalon, thank goodness. They formulated the colour exactly right for my hair type and it looks amazing. From now on I will only be ordering from esalon as it's such a great service and it comes in beautiful packaging. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUSI 100% love my color!! I had a similar color in my hair about 4 years ago so I had a point of reference I was aiming for and my colorist hit it out of the ball park! This color fixed the spotty mess from my last color and gave me all over exactly the shade I was looking to get!
