It didn't workI was so excited when I receive my color. But It didn't turn out the way how color it supposed to be. My front hair was colored but the rest isn't. Not happyI currently have medium/dark brown hair and was looking to go red. Since my hair was died dark (last color 1/2020) I was told they couldn’t take it much lighter, which was fine. Fabulous concept, great service, ok colorI absolutely loved the customer service and the attention to detail to ensure I knew how to do my own color. Absolute Game ChangerI have never loved my hair colour more than the colours I have received from eSalon. The colour is bang on and the whole kit leaves your hair in gorgeous condition.
