Ample productMy biggest concern was I'd not have enough product to go through my hair. I have thick long hair and colorists never mix the right amount in a salon. This kit had plenty of product and the colour matches what I expected. I did hope for a slight change based on the advertising but can't complain due to the lovely rich colour recieved. Custom color setI do love the color that I have chosen. I do wish it would last longer and continue to look the way it does on the day of my application. Fake customer serviceActually, I had a question I asked weeks ago and never got an answer to. Now I’m waiting for my next shipment, not knowing whether my issue was addressed. Got yet another computer generated reach out that seems sincere but is pure sham. Urg. I hate being lied to. hoping for longer lasting colorI initially liked the color but after a week I can already see gray roots on my crown. I'm disappointed with the staying power of this product.
