Great Product!My hair color was way past due with all of the salons being closed. I decided to try esalon and I’m so glad I did. The color was perfect! I had to call and ask a question in the middle of the process and spoke to a stylist who was a tremendous help. Instructions that came with the product were clear but I needed to confirm something as I do not usually color my own hair. That might have just changed. I love it!I was very nervous about touching up my roots but decided to take the plunge and do it. It wasn't the easiest thing I've ever done but it turned out great! Perfect color!So I had tried Madison reed which turned my hair a horrible orange. I lightened it myself with wella toner and bleach which helped but left my hair soooo light. Wanted to go back to my natural dark blonde. This color nailed it! I was so relieved. Came super quick even during covid. Not enough blueThe color is fabulous! The grey coverage was perfect BUT I know to let it process longer if I have excessive grow out. I love the feel of my hair afterward! That being said, the blue did not take as I hoped it did. I had 2 days where I could see the blue in the daylight (that's what I wanted) and then it was gone. I even invested in color shampoo to go with the blue tint I was aiming for. I'm just waiting on a specialist now to see if they adjust the color. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. I am really happy!I have colored my hair three times now and am surprised at how easy it has been! This is a great company doing a great job. I think the color is matched very closely, although not as blonde as I would like and that may be because I may need highlights again. I'm not sure.
