Fabulous - So pleasedThis is the first time that I have coloured my hair by myself and I was so nervous but needed to cover my grey whilst in Covid 19 lockdown. I couldn’t have been more pleased. First time userWow! I really was skeptical about how well this was going to work on my hair. I have thick and dry long hair and it absorbs EVERYTHING. First time user and LOVE my results !I was skeptical and a bit worried about ordering a color online and then applying it to my hair not knowing what the results could be...I might hate the color. I was trying to get rid of my gray and usually go to a salon, however with COVID-19 closures I wouldn’t be able to get to my stylist until June!!!! Um no I can’t wait that long. I followed the easy evaluation steps for which I was presented with color options based on my base. I selected my preferred color and when I received it in the mail couldn’t wait to apply and see my results. Needless to say my reservations about using this product have been happily quashed. This is a great option to store bought and professional salons. The color is perfect. I had root color and end color and it blended naturally to match my desired hair color result. I highly recommend eSalon and will be a returning customer. **One thing to note**.
