Amazing ResultsI am thrilled with the results of my custom color set. I ordered a richer tone than my current color and had much root growth to cover as well. With about 85% gray hair and 6 weeks worth of growth, there was much to do!! My results are exactly what I asked for- a rich, deep brown with gorgeous chestnutty red tones, super shiny and healthy looking and all of my gray gone. The customized instructions were easy to follow, and the cost and convenience cannot be matched, especially with such professional looking results!!! So gratefulAs this pandemic hit, your service was a lifesaver. I had never colored my hair myself and didn't want to spend time in a store trying to guess which one to buy. Couldn’t be happier — thank you!Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have been less than satisfied with the job my hair stylist has been doing for quite some time. The color was never quite right — too expensive, too dark, too light, no dimension, etc. I debating trying eSalon for months because I was nervous to DIY and it seemed too good to be true. I just colored my hair for the first time with eSalon and I couldn’t be happier. Better than I hoped!!First off, I have to apologize for the uncertainty of my order that didn’t have any tracking information. I spoke with a kind representative who assured me it was likely an error with the shipper, and indeed it was. She encouraged me to wait a few more days and I am grateful for her reassurance. Now to the real stuff, I haven’t colored my own hair in over 30 years, and I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a bit terrified! My results turned out amazing!! I’m so happy with the results. I’ve already recommended this product to my daughter who was considering another direct sell hair line. My hair is silkier than before and I love the color.
