Fantastic results from E Salon ~My custom hair colour package worked extremely well at matching my hair and covering my grey roots and my hair is very soft having used the shampoo and conditioner that was included with my "kit". Perfect colour match, exactly what I asked forI’m now on my 5th order of eSalon and I’m not going to stop. I’ve never been so happy with a colour. My hair usually goes reddy/ brassy and I put that in my request and behold- I’m a brunette but more ashy than red- exactly what I wanted. Easy to use, gorgeous packaging and wonderful customer service. The contact you have with your colourist is second to none. Perfect color and results!My hair stylist recommended that I try eSalon as I have been using drug store color for many years and my results were starting to diminish. I could not have been happier with the results of switching to eSalon. The process was very simple...I uploaded a couple of pictures of my hair and the product that I was currently using and the color specialists listened to everything I had to say, gave me recommendations and mailed me my coloring kit with specific instructions...it was a very simple process and I love that they auto ship so I don't have to worry about remembering to order my color each month. Love it!!This is the second time I have use this product and have been impressed at how well it has covered my hair to clear the grays have found out I need to leave it on a little bit longer for my roots then estimated but overall very happy with the product. 100% success!I have never colored my hair before and due to the virus needed to find a solution I could do at home to cover my roots. Esalon was perfect! Their questionnaire was detailed and the colorists were both responsive and experienced. They told me that the color I thought I would need didn't match the photo of my hair color. They were right! The color they formulated was perfect and blended seamlessly, as well as my hair salon would have done! The kit came quickly and was easy to apply.
