Loved the ResultsI was skeptical about ordering "online" hair color. I have been a long time salon patron but I love the results I got with the e salon color. I especially loved all the tools being included. My only issue was separating my hair into the four sections. It took some practice but think it will be easier next time. Love my hair!It is the first time I order from eSalon, I read many reviews and pretty much everybody agreed on the quality of the color and results so I decided to order before Christmas hoping (2 weeks before) I will be able to color my hair just before the holidays and it was not the case, the package came late and then I was too busy to do it. Anyway I understand the situation with mail during the holidays so finally I dyed my hair and OMG I love it! this is high end or salon quality (even better!) my hair was previously highlighted and I wanted one all over color and the results amazed me, My hair looks healthier, shiny and the color is perfect. Not great for covering graysI am so disappointed! I followed all the steps in ordering and directions in coloring to a T, but unfortunately my greys aren’t covered and the color didn’t adhere to my hair well AT ALL. It literally didn’t match any of my original hair or old color so it just added a new color to the mix. I don’t want a redo. I think I’m done trying this productThis is my third time trying this product my hair is so bad now worst then when I’ve use box drugstore dye my hair is Burned really weird used to red Stream static and frizz i’ve never experienced this in my life it’s for sure this product 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
