No change despite wanting to go visibility lighterI selected a colour that was several shades lighter than my hair. The colourist called me and said the shade I picked was too light and she will mix me a golden brown shade. My off black hair isn’t a lighter golden brown at all. I can't get past the strong odorI'm 52 and have been coloring my hair for many years. This is the first time since the 80s that I used a product with such overwhelming fumes. I felt nauseous after coloring my hair even though I have large well-ventilated bathroom. Very helpful customer serviceI enjoyed the experience of esalon helping me find my desired hair color. I think I even became a difficult client by changing it up and needing the extra help to change my formulation a few times. I'm sorry about that, but they continued to work with me and resolve any issues that I had. The shipping did take almost 4wks for my last package but that has nothing to do with the company! Thank you very much esalon. I love my hair color results! Also the tint rinse is a great product to keep your hair up to par.
