My Colourist is a Magician!My hair hair had lightened due to a south vacation. I'm normally a medium to medium dark red, but was now more a light medium red. I asked that my root custom colour set be changed and sent a picture to match the colours. WOW!!! The colour could not be more accurate to my lighter hair! I am thrilled! I was hesitant to do my roots as I was afraid it would not match, but it looks like it is seamless!! I also love the texture of the mix itself - it is thick and not runny at all which means no splattering on the walls or floor. There is also quite a bit more of the mix than a store bought kit so I always have enough for my long hair. Perfekt für michAnwendung, Service und Ergebnis sind einfach unschlagbar. Bekomme bald die zweite Lieferung und kann es kaum erwarten. Vorher sah ich das Färben als notwendiges Übel, jetzt freue ich mich darauf. Die Farbe ist die, die ich wollte, das Produkt wird durch den persönlichen Coloristen hervorragend supportet und liebevoll verpackt. Pers.
