surprisingly dissapointedafter i ordered my last kit i decided to stop dying my hair.. i let my roots grow out like crazy, maybe 5 inches of brown and grey. Last week i decided to finally dye it, at first it seemed good. it covered my greys quite well. but some how didnt cover my brown? it seems my roots are still kinda brown AND today i noticed silver hairs around my hairline. i like your product, i like the attention to detail and personalization. The best!!I honestly am not one to leave reviews but I had to make sure that I comment on how amazing the e-salon color and products are! I’ve ordered color 3 times already and have adjusted my color each time. Their customer service is great and the colorists are very patient with me and my requests/questions. I have never had my hair look so shiny and healthy. I was spending so much money at the salon for root touch ups and balayage, so I was only going every 3-4 months. Now I’m able to maintain my hair color every 10 weeks while also saving money and staying safe during this pandemic. I’m so happy and grateful to have found e-salon. I love my color!Since we’ve been home this year, I’ve been trying all the home haircolor kits without much success. Some had flat color, some didn’t cover my grays. This color is beautiful!
